About Us

We are Utah State Students working on a project about Diversity-Race Issues. Goal: To apply media effects theories, media literacy concepts and journalism ethics to analysis of editorial cartoons depicting issues related to race. To identify and to analyze the “stories” being told by editorial cartoonists about racial issues—how do editorial cartoonists frame minorities? More specifically, the Arab/Muslim minorities.
